| | May 30, 2006 Glen Hawk Minerals Ltd. (GHM.V) wishes to announce that it is undertaking due diligence on Harvest Gold Corporation's (HVG.V) Garcia Flats, Nevada properties for the purpose of developing an option agreement with Harvest to earn an interest in these properties.
Garcia Flats consists of 198 unpatented claims covering 16 square kilometers (3,960 acres) and is located at the southern extension of the Carlin Trend in Elko County, Nevada.
The Garcia Flats claims cover gold and pathfinder element anomalies occurring under shallow cover along the projected extension of the Roberts Mountain Thrust. Mr.Greg Hill, lead geologist for Harvest Gold, designed an extensive soil program in 2005 with the aim of identifying a district size gold target on the south Carlin Trend in Nevada. The Carlin Trend is recognized as one of the main producing gold districts in the world.
Glen Hawk will be conducting its due diligence on the property and meeting with Harvest management over the next month and hopes to conclude an agreement before the end of June, 2006.
