| | Glen Hawk Minerals Ltd. (GHM.V) announces that it will not be continuing with the option agreement with Energy Metals Corporation regarding the San Rafael, Utah, uranium property.
The Company is pursuing gold opportunities and is currently doing due diligence on the Garcia Flats, Nevada property held by Harvest Gold Corp (see the Company's press release dated May 30, 2006).
